Currane Lodge

Ann was wonderfully hospitable, even packing us a "to-go" breakfast when we had an early morning appointment to visit Skellig Michael. We appreciated her conversation and found her very accommodating, even when someone in our party had a number of dietary requirements. Currane Lodge is comfortable and well situated, with a nice front room from which to relax and enjoy a view of Church Island. Rooms come with a refrigerator and microwave, a nice unexpected touch. This B&B is also well situated. We fell in love with Waterville and I will have gladly stayed another couple of days to get to know the area better. As it was, we had a great stopping point at the end of our Ring of Kerry tour, and a good starting point for a Skellig Michael tour.

We really enjoyed our visit! It was a perfect stay: - Very kind reception by Ann - Good tips for the area (and several walking opportunities) - Location was ideal for several days of different activities - Excellent breakfast - Clean rooms with comfortable beds. - Easily accessible with a car

Ann was an amazing host. The house was exceptionally clean and very welcoming. I’ve never seen stars in the sky like I did during our stay. 100% recommend!

we have been to Ireland for the first time and we heard from the kindness of the Irish. Honestly, it was even understated. Ann and her family welcomed us warmly and she gave us precous spots to visit we, otherwise, would have never seen. Not to forget to mention the very delicous breakfast selections. Hope to see us again.

We had 2 lovely days at Ann's. The lodge is perfectly located to discover anything on the Ring of Kerry. Ann gives great advice and helps with recommendations. And of corse we loved the breakfast! :-)
