Absolutely lovely! We could have stayed forever - charming house, wonderful host. Only got to stay one night, but would have loved to stick around and chat her up, what a neat property.

Marie is a lovely and warm host and treated this weary traveler with so much kindness! The bedroom was warm and cozy and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here on our last night in Ireland at the end of our week-long vacation. The farm was wonderful - friendly cows and horses, comfortable bedroom, tea and treats upon arrival, and sumptuous breakfast. We highly recommend this property.

Our group of four women stayed here at Marie’s near the end of our trip. We all loved her! She’s so warm and hospitable and witty too. We especially loved hearing stories about her boys growing up on the property with all the animals. We got to visit with 2 mares and a “cheeky little brat” foal. The breakfasts were delicious too. While here we easily made a day trip in to Dublin as well as visited an Irish sheepdog demo nearby.

iPhone directions led us directly to a traditional Irish Farmhouse and we were very warmly welcomed by Marie. We arrived early and received advice on church service at a former monastery site and recommendations for afternoon American football viewing. Silken Thomas was a keeper with the remaining tower from Kildare Castle, worthwhile meals and convenient parking. We traveled to New Ross, Ballymore Eustace and a convenient laundry at Tesco from Concarlin Farm. The facilities while dated were real farmhouse items with reasonable utilities for current day electronics. Marie served us a full breakfast and was most gracious at every turn. Kildare was worth returning to for our second dinner. We learned a lot about Irish heritage while visiting here.
