Cloncarlin House

An absolutely lovely stay in a beautiful home. Marie was the warmest and loviest of hosts, and the home, grounds and rooms were charming. Breakfast was delicious. We only stayed one night, but it was the perfect respite after a long day.

Marie is just a fabulous lady, house is amazing and the breakfast was lovely. We arrived late and she made us tea and had a lovely chat. Mark and Una. Kerry

We had the pleasure of staying at Marie’s for two nights on our trip around Ireland, and out of all the places we stayed at this one stood out the most! From the minute we stepped in the door we were made so welcome! Our rooms were huge and welcomely heated, even with the added touch of electric blankets that Marie put on for us. The beds were so comfortable and we had lovely Irish breakfasts! Marie was so warm and hospitable that it felt like you were staying with family! And David was kind enough to let us see the feeding of the mare and one day old foal, which was a rare treat!! Would recommend Cloncarlin House to anyone passing through, and we hope to stay again next year!

A lovely farm setting in the out skirt of town. Marie was welcoming and provided a nice breakfast. As she just opened for the season we found our room spacious but cold and damp.
