Ann & Michael O'Meara are the best hosts you can ask for. Upon arrival, I was greeted with fresh scones and tea. My room was very modern and quite large. The house is located on a cliff, surrounded with native animals. As you wish Ireland. Nearby are several beaches. Ann has already sent me options for my dinner, before I arrived. I was more than welcome and I felt very well. Nice conversations for breakfast completed my short stay, I would have liked to stay longer.

We had a great stay! The location is a bit out of the way, but the views were wonderful! The room was HUGE and so was the shower. The room was clean and well taken care of. We had a great visit to the geopark down the road (it was GORGEOUS!) and we had a great night at a pub in Dungarven for music and drinks. Breakfast was very good and the hosts were super friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely spotless and comfortable night, in spite of storm Hannah, which cut short my local visit! Would definitely recommend.

The room was spacious with wonderful amenities, breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the interaction with the hosts was comfortable and enjoyable. When I booked this B&B, I explained to Ann that I was hoping they might keep an ear out for anyone who might know of my ancestral family as I would be trying to do some genealogy research, having recently learned my ancestors were from this area on Co. Waterford. Ann immediately emailed me some info to try to help me with my research. When I arrived a few months later, Mike took me to visit a gentleman who had wonderful info on the history of the area, and the next day, he took me to visit with a gentleman who may have been a relation (we still aren't 100% sure :( ). He also contacted the Archivist at a local-ish library to help me set up an appointment with her. This was all so thoughtful and definitely outside the parameter of running their B&B! You won't go wrong if you book this location...great value and location and wonderful hosts!

This was our favorite B&B of the trip! Very modern, recently renovated accommodations and beautiful scenery. However, the best part was Ann, the owner. She was the sweetest, most helpful woman. We enjoyed hearing her stories and chatting with her. What really impressed me was that after we left, I received an email from Ann informing us that we left our iPad there. She offered to mail it to a B&B we would be staying at later in the trip. When I tried to compensate her she refused and said to keep our money, it was their pleasure. Such a pleasant experience!
