Bramble cottage is located in a rural area with the picturesque Mourne mountains as a backdrop. While unwinding in the lovely flower garden of the property, visitors may take in the breathtaking views and tranquil countryside. Situated near the Mourne mountains and Murlough nature reserve in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, Bramble Cottage is a short drive from all local facilities, offering a peaceful and scenic rural setting. A great place to play golf, stroll around the parks, climb mountains, and explore the neighbourhood. Numerous recreational opportunities are close by, including golf, water sports, mountain biking, and sightseeing excursions. Any of the above can be easily organised with the hosts help.

From the welcoming scones and tea to the delicious breakfast, great chats and assistance with researching my relative via Maureen and Pat's GAA contacts, we loved every moment of our visit. Maureen puts her heart and soul into running Bramble cottage and it shows - in the wonderful garden, comfortable accommodation and her joy in meeting people. Thank you Maureen and Pat.
Steve and Sue 27 May 2025 Review Score: 10/10 Wonderful stay. Maureen and Pat were extremely welcoming and looked after us very well. Accommodation was very comfortable and private. Bathroom was great. Breakfasts were excellent. So much choice and plenty. Maureen and Pat gave us tips with local knowledge for visiting other areas further north. Maureen offered for us to do our washing and then she brought it in and folded for us when we were out during the day. Very friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Thank you Host's Reply: Thank you very much for staying with us. We really enjoyed your company and it was a pleasure to share our home with you. Perfect guests! Hilary and Tony White 15 Jul 2024 Review Score: 10/10 Everything about Bramble Cottage was perfect Maureen and her husband Pat were great hosts nothing was too much trouble We were met with scones and a cup of tea The following day Maureen gave us a lift to the start of our walk then came to pick us up when we failed to complete it ! We both wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return Walking round Maureens pretty garden was an absolute pleasure Thank you Maureen the very best B and B nothing has come up to your standard
