Biggest and Best!

Anything and everything you could possibly imagine for a Halloween carnival has been covered by festival organisers. From the daytime Haunted House in the Richmond Centre to a Twilight Haunting Tour of Derry, there is literally something for everyone to get stuck into. There is a big focus on family-friendly entertainment, with the Monster Mash Fun Days being a massive success, including magic shows, face-painting and story-telling. Other highlights of the carnival include the Monster Halloween Funfair, The Park after Dark and kids’ art workshops.

Spooktacula Carnival Parade

The real centrepiece of this entire festival is, of course, the Halloween Carnival Parade. With its amazing visual spectacles and outstanding musical entertainment, it truly is an experience to be remembered. The extravaganza is capped off with a breath-taking fireworks display over the River Foyle.

Make sure to get fully involved in the magic of the carnival by getting dressed up in ridiculous costumes and attending as many of the crazy events as possible because there isn’t an experience like it anywhere else in the world! When visiting the area, why not choose to stay in a Derry-Londonderry B&B where you will be looked after like you’re part of the family?
