Not sure how I can express the happiness staying here gave us. Pulling in and having the sheep come running up to the fence made my daughter so happy. Rosemary had texted a few days earlier to as if we wanted dinner when we arrived, and it was fantastic! The kids loved the lasagna and the local trout was delicious! After dinner Rosemary gave us directions to Florencecourt House and garden. It was a nice walk after dinner and when I mentioned to her about the wonderfulsmell of roses, she brought me out to her garden to see her roses and tell me about the birds who made nest in the goat statue in the garden. When we left, she cut a couple blooms for our car, which was so sweet. She had a small gist shop as well, and my wife was thrilled to buy a couple of late 60's Beleek tea cups to take home. And we will always remember the lamb with Feed me painted on her wool. She was sheep sitting for her daughter and that one always wanted to be fed. When you travel its hard to know which B&B will be good. We only stayed 1 night, but I could imagine staying here for multiple nights in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Host's Reply: Thank you so much, Chris, Laura, and family, for your beautiful words. It was truly a pleasure to welcome you all to Arch House. We’re delighted the sheep brought such joy to your daughter and that you enjoyed the garden, local food, and nearby Florencecourt House. I was especially touched by your kind mention— We’re so glad the memories made will stay with you, and we would be thrilled to welcome you back again anytime.
Warmest wishes,
Rosemary & Geoffrey 🌿🐑

Charming hosts and comfy accommodations make Arch House a great choice. Add in a few sheep and an escape artist llama and you have a one-of-a-kind experience. Thank you for your warm welcome.

Hospitality was the best. Food was outstanding.
Bed was not comfortable. Experience did not feel fresh, decor from an earlier time.

A warm welcome and an added bonus of being able to have a delicious meal for supper made our last B&B in Ireland a special treat. Rosemary and Jeffery were wonderful hosts. The landscapes in the country are beautiful, and the small herd of sheep and baby lambs by the home was charming, and very photogenic.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arch House. Room was large and comfortable and dinner (after a long day's rainy drive) was just delicious. Also enjoyed hot cocoa in the front parlor. Got to see the cows before breakfast too. Appreciated Rosemary's recommendation to check out the Florence Court Manor down the road on our way to the airport heading out. Beautiful hiking spot! Would love to return and see more of this beautiful area one day!
