The best place we stayed ! Geoffrey and Rosemary were fantastic. We were worried about being late and did not book our meals ahead of time, but Rosemary was happy to cook us dinner. We were glad she did because the meal was delicious We were half way through our trip and didn't realize how much we missed a nice home cooked meal. Order dinner!- you won't regret it! Breakfast was fantastic too! We also bought some of Rosemary's homemade marmalade and apple clove jelly! After dinner they suggested we visit Florence Court estate, we were too late to go inside but the gardens were beautiful. The Marble Arch Caves are nearby- we couldn't get in because they were filming Game of Thrones!

Rosemary was a most gracious and accommodating hostess. She prepared a delicious meal for us the evening we arrived with fresh fish and produce from her gardens. I had lost my iPhone in Derry, the morning prior to our arrival. Rosemary was of great help with internet and allowing me to make a few calls from her house phone. (My phone was eventually retrieved!) Breakfast was lovely. We only stayed the one night and in our morning hurry, my husband left shirts hanging, and Rosemary mailed them ahead to our Dublin hotel. I would love to return, there seem to be places to explore nearby - and I hope we would be far less trouble the next time.

My family stayed only one night but found all accommodations to be great! We loved the quiet farm setting and we took a small stroll around the farm in the evening and had enjoyable and informative conversation with Geoffrey. Bed and breakfast was superb. Highly recommend and would like to revisit soon.

Rosemary was very responsive to our needs - Breakfasts during our stay were excellent. There was only one power source that was not easily accessible and show pressure was very poor.

Thank you for your review and i am glad you enjoyed your breakfast and it is a pity you didnt ask me about the power points as there are 4 in your room they are usually found at each side of the bed and as there was an extra bed in your room there were 3 and the other one is beside the kettle at the dressing table .I hope you enjoyed the rest of your holiday and we are now having your weather in Florida 32 degrees too hot for me as for the shower pressure maybe it wasnt turned up fully and i know every shower is different however .Thank Chris for her beautiful comment in my visitors book .regards

Good location for what we wanted to do in the area. Hostess Rosemary very nice and Geoffrey quite entertaining. Lovely home and surroundings. Good breakfast. Like most B&B's had to haul luggage up stairs.

Host's Reply:
Glad you enjoyed your night with us at arch house and i can sympathize with you about the luggage especially when you are staying only one night in each place however we have only 12 steps and i can and do help when i can with the luggage .I hope you enjoyed the rest of your holiday in Ireland
