Thank you, Agnes. My sister and I enjoyed our too short stay at Taobh Coille. Your home is lovely, the views Spectacular, the baby lambs charming, your food and hospitality exceptional. It was our favorite place by far. Agnes believes every person is special and treats them as such. She is truly a most special person.

This B and B should not be missed! The view of the sea from our room was gorgeous! Our beds were comfortable and breakfast was excellent! We were traveling with our ten year old grandson and he loved being on the farm. He got to gather eggs in the hen house, see the cows being fed, and met the sheep dogs. Baby lambs and sheep were everywhere. Natural beauty surrounded us from every side. We got to walk on the beach and had a great meal at the local pub. Agnes and John could not have been more welcoming. Would love to return on our next trip.

Where to start? Everything about our stay at Taobh Coille was wonderful. The property itself, as you can well see from the photos, is gorgeously situated right on the coast; waking up to that view is enough to forever endear you to the Wild Atlantic Way of Ireland. We arrived quite late, but were still warmly welcomed with tea and conversation by Agnes' lovely daughter and son-in-law. Our room was very clean and comfortable and we had a bountiful and delicious breakfast with our consummate host, Agnes. We stayed much longer that morning than we initially planned to tour the beautiful property and to get to know Agnes and her equally charming husband, John. While "B&B" may mean different things to different people, I firmly believe Taobh Coille to be as close to a true, charming experience as one can find. I sincerely wish we had stayed longer, but Taobh Coille will be our B&B of choice our next visit!

If we could capture 1 time of our trip in a snow globe to gaze at it every day, it would be the time we spent with Agnes and John. We came early and stayed until the last minute learning so many life lessons on this stay. Not only where the accommodations, breakfast and property exquisite, it was the time we spent talking to Agnes and then the time with John on his farm. My daughter and I where on a trip of a lifetime and this was our midway stop. We did not want to leave. Agnes told us all these amazing stories of her life and gave us one piece of advice...the way to a long marriage is a shut mouth. Amidst all of the natural beauty, John spent time with us tending his flock. We learned so much about Irish farming and his barn was immaculate. This little piece of heaven simply cannot be missed on any trip to Ireland. If you want to really experience Irish life and what the true essence of a B and B is, this must be on your agenda. Our trip may be over but these memories of John and Agnes are always on our mind and we speak often about our quick return here. My daughter and I cried for several miles up the road as we drove away because this experience was exactly what we came to experience. Thank you to the O'Sullivans. We lite our candle like you said too.

Agnes is an incredibly welcoming host - she’s chatty and friendly and made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived (the tea and cake didn’t hurt either!) The house is comfortable and me and my mum both slept well. The best thing for us though was the view - sitting and having a delicious breakfast while looking at the sea was lovely, and we were glad we got to walk down to the water. Would definitely recommend to anyone driving around the Ring of Kerry.
