Wonderful! Beautiful views! Warm and welcoming Owners! Breakfast was delicious! Our room, with an En-suite, was perfect! Margret went above and beyond with leaving us scrumptious tea and homemade apple pie or scones when we returned at night!

Our stay with was very good. Margaret is a welcoming host and offers great insight into the local area, places to go and see and good tips on local food. We were a little disappointed that their pub had been closed, and had been for some time, but it wasn’t too far into Mullinavit to find an alternate. Breakfast was great, rooms comfortable and plenty of parking. We’d recommend staying at Reades Country Guesthouse if you are travelling through the Waterford area,

We had a wonderful time with Margaret and Michael. They were very gracious to us and wonderful hosts. Michael showed us his farming equipment, we are farmers in the states, so my husband really enjoyed that. We wanted to go to mass, so they invited us to their church where we met their lovely Priest. We wanted to go to a local pub with music and again they invited us to see their local pub where we had so much fun. That night was a Highlight for us. They are near Waterford, so it is a nice day trip and the same with Kilkenny. As stated before, her cooking is so much from the heart. She made us fresh scones that were delicious. The only thing I would suggest is to update about the family pub next door. That was the main draw when picking this B&B. Even though it is no longer open, we had the best time with this true Irish couple.

We had a wonderful stay with Margaret and Michael. She made us very welcome with tea and cake when we arrived and suggested places to visit. We visited many attractions around Kilkenny with the children. Michael even took us to a friend of his to check an engine problem with our car. We suggest updating the web site to remove the reference to watching the cows being milked and collecting eggs from the chickens. The full Irish breakfasts were great and overall we had a most enjoyable stay.

Margaret was great. When we arrived, we mentioned that the drive had been long and she made us a pot of tea with cookies and told us to sit in the lounge and relax. Breakfast was great, unfortunately the second morning we had to leave early for the airport. Margaret was so nice, she insisted we have a cup of tea and some brown bread before we left. She had made an apple pie the night before and brought us out a couple slices. It was delicious!
