My husband and I had an absolutely perfect stay with Sally at The Arkle House! Her beautiful home was very easy to find and very near a fantastic little bar and restaurant! The room was perfectly cleaned and comfortable. There was even a little mini kitchen with fridge, stove, etc right down the hall! Breakfast was delicious and served in her gorgeous dining area! Fabulous! Thanks Sally!

Never had we a better time with laughs with friends we met there, Michael and Michelle from Australia, while she was giving me a history lesson about Londonderry, at the Bar, Michael and my husband are shooting off shots. We walked to Molly Malone Bar across the street. Then we walked back to the B & B and the Hostess was exceptional So Sweet, and the Breakfast was to die for, it was one of the best Breakfasts we had eaten on our whole trip. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!!!!

Arkle House is a wonderful facility and we enjoyed our stay there a lot. Although the room was small, the tv, bath, internet, greeting, sensibility to our needs, and breakfast were all first class. Had a lovely chat with Terry on a wide range of sport, politics and culture and Sally was gracious as well.
Host's Reply: Thanks Leonard. Enjoyed our wee chat. Really glad you enjoyed your stay.

Yes the room was small but it was clean. It was close enough to the city center and found no issue getting there. The host was pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there.

Our room was the smallest we had in any B&B we have stayed at in Ireland out of 10 B&Bs. The room was modern and updated, but it was difficult to have luggage open and walk around the room comfortably. Sally was not as welcoming as others during our stay in Ireland and was not engaging in conversation as we would have liked. The location is not as close to the city and attractions. When we were discussing our breakfast order I made the mistake of calling it an Irish breakfast and I was corrected that it was an "English breakfast". We didn't feel at home as we did in many other locations.
