Great traditional B&B, very comfortable room, ours had a nice little balcony. Breakfast was excellent, with a good choice. John the host was great in all respects, even offering to run us into town in the evening. The walk into town and back was very pleasant and easy. There was a slight issue with hot water one morning, but probably only to be expected with this type property if all the residents head for the shower at the same time! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to those wanting a proper B&B.....with breakfast :-)

A lovely place to stay. Super views, quiet location with a pretty easy walk down into town, excellent breakfast, large comfortable room and friendly, helpful, enthusiastic host.

What a fabulous stay! Great communications, amazing location, fantastic reviews, an owner who genuinely cares, lovely breakfast, and the walk into the very beautiful town of Kinsale nearby is easier than we had imagined and rewarding at the end.

Wonderful place to stay! A little walk from the main town, but so nice to be in a quiet area and beautiful countryside walk. Host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would recommend Rocklands House to all my friends and family.

We actually never stayed there. The owner contacted and informed me that there was an error with his reservation system and our spot was double booked. At the same time he told me he had made other arrangements and would be paying the rate differtial himself. In our new world of no one caring, this experience was a breath of fresh air! I can't comment on his accomidations, but I can comment on his integrity. Well done and thank you so much!!!
