Gorgeous B&B. Clean and spacious and gorgeous gardens surrounding the home. Noreen served a beautiful breakfast and it was truly a wonderful stay! I'm pretty sure we are related as she looks a lot like our Irish cousins! Truly Grand!

Excellent. Beautiful setting, park like yard. Wonderful place to kick back and relax. They have two wonderful friendly dogs. Noreen and Joe were very helpful in helping us to plan activities during our brief two night stay. I will say that the breakfast was wonderful. The pancake, more like crepes was worthy of the best I’ve ever had and the French toast was also excellent. It’s a little off the beaten path but not so far as to make it inconvenient. I would definitely stay here again. The beds were comfortable and the water was hot. What more can one ask for?

This was the only location we stayed for more than one night during our vacation, and I am so glad that we did! From the warm welcome of the 2 playful dogs, to the wonderful hosts Noreen & Joe, our stay at Kilcatten Lodge was just perfect. Originally we had planned on trying to stay a little bit closer to Kinsale (not that this was far at all!), and I'm so glad we ended up booking here instead. The room was beautiful, and Noreen & Joe went out of their way to tell us stories about the town and the castle we just happen to stumble upon right up the road! Make sure to not miss out on Monk's Lane restaurant in the nearby town of Timoleague, best meal of our entire stay. Wish I could give them more than 10 stars!

Kilcatten was our favorite B&B HANDS DOWN! Noreen and Joe were so helpful and kind. Gave us great advice on dinner. We loved their dogs Cocoa and Luna. Cocoa is so sweet and her crazy daughter Luna was so entertaining. Joe and Noreen have really thought about every detail, small and big, to make our stay perfect. Breakfast was the best we had at any B&B and the dishes, music and setting while eating breakfast was the best. Thank you both for a wonderful stay. Wish we would have stayed longer. We will be back though.
