A great place to stay with fantastic hosts, Phylis & TJ. Breakfast was great and Philis' brown bread was delicious. I can see why it was award winning. Enjoyed the nearby pub for dinner and got to see some Irish hurling on the playing field across the street. Fantastic time.

Tj and Phyllis were wonderful hosts! We had great chats with TJ and Phyliis .They gave some great info on the Wateford area and what to see. Their home was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast that Phyllis made was delicious. The night we arrived TJ suggested the Viking restaurant to eat, which was amazing and after we walked to the local pub down the road where we had a great time with the local patrons.

Had a wonderful time in Waterford and the surrounding countryside. Ashley house is a great location and the hosts are the best. Walk to the Holy Cross for a pint or two and meet the locals they like conversation.

We had a lovely stay. Phyllis and TJ took great care of us, everything we could have asked for from our experience. Very comfortable and tranquil accommodations and breakfast the next morning was amazing. After a week in Ireland I can say with confidence that Phyllis made the best brown bread ever. They’re all a little different but hers is a cut above the rest! 10/10

What a beautiful place. Phylis and TJ were wonderful hosts, and gave us good advice on what to do in Waterford. Our room was great and the breakfast's were wonderful. Phyllis was so fun to talk with. We had a great visit and would come back again. Thanks for a nice time.
