We arrived a bit late and had to squeeze our car into the parking lot right by the door as there were no other spots left. Phyllis was warm and welcoming and even helped to bring our luggage in. We spent a good night and enjoyed our breakfast however Phylis' husband became quite upset with us for parking our car close to the front door as people were moving their luggage out (even though there was at least four feet of space). He gruffly told my husband to move the car but afterwards came back apologetically to thank him for doing so. This made for a very negative ending to our stay. Perhaps the parking spaces should be clearly marked so that a full house includes parking for everyone.

The Best of the Best People and B&B. I don't have enough room to say how marvelous this B&B and both Phyllis and TJ are. First, the B&B. The room was large and immaculate. The showers were heaven sent. The breakfast was our best in all of Ireland. It takes a culinary artist to maker perfect scrambled eggs and brown bread, and Phyllis is that artist. Now, on to Phyllis and TJ. They may be two of the best and kindest I met in all of Ireland. I highly recommend Phyllis and TJ and their beautiful B&B! They and their B&B are the embodiment of the greatest of luck and goodness!

Waterford was an unexpected pleasure. Our host was helpful in providing suggestions for supper and sites to see during the day. The Waterford crystal lobby is free and great to check out, even if you don't want the tour. We went to a few museums / sites. Great downtown walking. B&B was great, nice location, had supper at the pub across the street.

We had a lovely stay at Ashleigh. Phyllis and her family were very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed our conversations and the recommendations. Breakfast was delicious with lots of good choices. The room was beautiful and the gardens are gorgeous. Plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy them. Great pub and restaurant across the street, Holy Cross Pub. Waterford is very close by and worth the visit.
