Our visit to Bunratty was one of the high points of our trip to Ireland. The castle and folk park were fascinating and we enjoyed the atmosphere and ambiance at Durty Nellie's pub very much. Our stay at Innisfree with Mel was excellent and not wanting in any way. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful.

Very nice, clean B & B; our room was pretty spacious. Great location just down the road from Bunratty Castle and the town. Very nice owner, Mel, who provided a delicious Irish breakfast. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Arrived a bit late for our check in but hostess was very nice to us about this. The main town was walking distance from B&B but since we had already hiked Torc Mountain in Killarney before arriving we opted to drive. Nice little town. We did the Bunratty Castle tour the next day. Definitely worth doing and bought some Bunratty Mead for gifts to take home.

Mel,s B & B was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was jolly good and her local Knowledge was comprehensive, The shower in our room was scalding hot and could not be adjusted. Mel was grateful that we told her about it, saying it was better that we'd mentioned it to her, rather than bad mouthing about it to others. she would deal with the fault immediately. A lovely lady.
