The room was clean and serviceable for our needs. There was private parking for our rental. Ken was an amazing host with many wonderful stories. Our breakfast was quite tasty. And Ken went the extra mile for us, driving us to the pub he recommended when the live for the taxi was busy. Thank you for making our visit to Limerick stellar.

We were warmly welcomed and even offered a ride to the city center later on. We found everything to be fine and clean with a lovely breakfast in the morning. There is private parking which is very comfortable if you have a rental car. Only downside: our room was quite small with our suitcases just to fit in. In general totally recommend to others!

We had a delightful time with Ken. The room was small but adequate, we didn't go to Ireland to spend our time in a hotel room. We went to SEE the sights and MEET the people. Ken was a wonderful host and fabulous cook. We don't know about the TV as we can watch TV at home. We have traveled to 5 continents so we know ahead of time to pack ear plugs in case of noise. Overall, delightful stay!

The host, Ken, is a pleasant and friendly man. His wife did not seem to participate in running the B&B. Our en-suite was very small, the furnishings and bedding were old. The television was bad and the picture was “green”. It was a very very old television. If you opened the room door, you could not get into or out of your bathroom. We were in an upstairs corner room. The ceilings in the upstairs hallway were low therefore you had duck your head . The ceilings in our room and bathroom were also low....... danger, danger for your head. The dining room needed a good cleaning. Their neighbor’s dog barked for over an hour, that night, I had to go down and complain. Ken is a nice person, I just think he is tired and “over his head” in managing his B&B. The directions to his B&B were very very poor, and he did not mention that his place was down a small side street, making it difficult to find his home. Thanks to a neighbor, he show d us where to go.
