Very nice accommodations for a family of 4 near Killarney and Ross Castle. Eileen was helpful with dinner recommendations and you could walk into town from the B&B. Breakfast was very good with so many choices.

Very clean B&B, great location close to town. The breakfast was fabulous, she puts on a large spread full of options. We only stayed one night, wish we stayed a little longer!

Beautiful b&b situated within a short walking distance of the town. Eileen is a great host. Everything was top notch! We will stay again in the future.

What a wonderful B&B! So gracious and so friendly! The place is modern updated clean and convenient! Breakfast was full of choices and the lounge had all day access to refreshments and beverages. Eileen offered to do our laundry, booked our trip for the Ring of Kerry, poured us wine, and gave great suggestions for restaurants. We will be back!

We stayed here two nights and it was wonderful. First the location is great, just a 5 min walk into Killarney Town Centre (yet you are still staying in a house with a car park, not a townhouse in town with on-street parking). Eileen was very friendly and very helpful. For one, she has drinks available in the sitting room area, all kinds, teas, coffees, water, mixes (like lemonade and such), there was even one can of Guinness (warm). The breakfast is a choice from a menu with more options than I have seen on any other B&B or even some restaurants. I had the waffles both mornings, they tasted fabulous, she must use some special batter. She also offered to do laundry for us, very timely as this was Day 12 of our 20 day trip. And on the way back from our Gap of Dunloe/Killarney Lakes Tour, I saw the sign for the Celtic Steps Show and asked her about it, she helped us to get tickets, and the show is in walking distance (as is Ross Castle). If we ever visit Killarney again, hers will be the first place we try to book. By far, our best overall B&B Stay on our whole trip.
