My 2 friends and I LOVED staying here. One of my friends had been traveling and wasn't sure if she would be staying with us. Mary was very accomadating and my friend was able to get a second room. The town is so cute! We stayed for two nights but had a friends wedding at the Ballincurra house so we didn't get to do enough touring of the city. The walk to town was ADORABLE and beautiful. Mary was very sweet. When we arrived we were so tired and cold and she made us a pot of coffee to enjoy in the sitting area. The house may be a little older, but that was part of the charm. Everything was clean and stocked with everything you need. Personally we were looking for an authentic place to stay and it hit all the marks. Thank you Mary. I can't wait to come back and stay again!

Nice, centrally located B&B that is an easy walk to the heart of town and most attractions. The host is very warm and accommodating, providing excellent advice on sightseeing and dining in town and when we might want to consider driving vice walking. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast offers a variety of excellent and delicious choices.

Margaret was a wonderful hostess and the breakfast cooked to order. I would not stay here again because it needs so much updating.

Despite the fact that we were late (8:30ish), Margaret was very nice to us, after giving us a good natured hard time. The house is super convenient to town; we loved Kinsale. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the Breakfast was good. We would definitely stay here again, but would probably make sure we were there by 6:00 next time. We would definitely recommend this B& B... John and Kate

This was our first B&B after spending two nights in Dublin, we did arrive late and Margaret seemded a little annoyed. we were apologetic as this was the first time we have every been to Ireland and had no idea of how long it takes to get around. After that hurtle we had a nice stay and Margaret gave us some helful information on where to go in town. We loved Kinsale and the B&B is close to town.
