Very nice place with a large bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The owner was friendly and helpful, good sense of humor too. It was in a very nice location not too far to town (need to drive there). We had a cooked to order breakfast and had a lovely conversation. Very comfy and I recommend it.

Sorcha offer a warm welcome. She had her son carry our heavy luggage up to our rooms which were larger than necessary. Very new furniture and extremely clean and comfortable beds. She answered all our questions, and made suggestions on what we mentioned that we would enjoyed doing. She even called the tour company that set of tours of the Dingle Peninsula Drive, got us tickets at a reduced price to a Irish Folk Dance including Irish Music, and got us a taxi in town and back. Simple put she made all our arrangements necessary for our two day stay. Her breakfast was the best in Ireland including fresh fruit and breads. She also has a great sense of humor and will spend a lot of time to make your stay as great asanyone would want. Can't imagine anything was left undone.

Great B & B! Sorcha and Colm couldn't be more welcoming. A quiet house at night in a truly lovely neighborhood just outside of Tralee in one direction, and a 2 minute ride into the lovely mountains in the other! Great for walking to a nearby park preserve which has so much for all ages, as well as to the aquarium. Excellent shopping and eateries in Tralee. Sorcha makes a wonderful breakfast. We asked her to sit with us at breakfast and she regaled us with stories of how "easy" it is for her to drive the Connor Pass (Dingle Peninsula, where I thought I would lose my life!), and other wonderful insights into growing up in Ireland and now raising a family in this wonderful country. Our room and the dining room were lovely and there was no problem parking. Wish I could give it an "11!"
