A very nice property, situated well back from the road. Easy to find per the instructions on the information sheet, verified by our GPS. Our host was unfortunately indisposed during the evening of our stay, but was able to greet us at the delicious breakfast next morning. We thought the property was conveniently located to Belfast, although early morning and late afternoon commute could be bothersome on the A2 road.

We had a pleasant stay at Beechgrove. There was a small hitch upon check-in as the room we reserved was not available, but Betty offered to move our belongings the next day into a new room. The rooms were large, the bathrooms were spacious, breakfast was fabulous. We slept great. It is close to the Trooperslane commuter station, but bring a flashlight as the walk is poorly lit. You will need to drive or take a cab to Carrickferfus for other meals. A nice place to stay.

Betty welcomed us into her home on a rainy cold night and immediately we felt at home . Our room was lovely and she directed us to a fabulous pub for dinner . Breakfast was a full Irish that was very good ! I hope to be able to stay here again ! Loved her home and garden !

This was our first B&B during our trip to Ireland. We arrived late as we lost track of time in the wonderful Titanic Museum, but she graciously welcomed us right in. The room was comfortable and clean, and she had tea/coffee and little munchies to go with it in our room. We had a large selection at breakfast; full Irish breakfast, pancakes, fruit salad, breads, cheese, yogurt, cereal--we left so full from breakfast we didn't even need lunch! The food was very good, and our host very sweet!
