This B&B was perfectly located for trips into Belfast. The host told us to take the local train and it was the best advice we could have had. No parking issues in Belfast that way and we avoided the traffic coming into the city. Hop-on Hop-off buses take you anywhere you want to go in the city so no need for a car. The accommodations were lovely as well. The town of Carrickfergus is nearby and had several choices for dinner and a stroll around the area.

Nice rural B&B with large rooms and a view to paddocks and the sea. Good Irish breakfast, we really enjoyed it.

We were delighted as it is a B&B like we dreamt it to be ! Nice farm environement, warmth of the landlady helping on what to do downtown and around and delicious breakfast !. Very clean house and the comfort of the room is OK for the price. - It is quite easy to take the train to go downtown ( beware you pay the fare in the train) - We also had a lovely evening dinner at Carrickfergus - We spent a full day in Belfast with the HOP ON HOP of bus in the morning ( be careful it stops at 4:30 PM) and visiting in the atfernoon

The host is a very nice elderly lady but when we got there the first night after having just arrived in Ireland, we actually felt guilty even staying there as she could hardly get around and had a walker. She had help but they all seemed pretty unorganized. There was much confusion over our voucher and we had to explain we left it with some gentlemen about 4 different times. The breakfast was amazing. The room was average but the bathroom was freezing. The beds were also pretty old and not very comfortable.
