We had a wonderful stay at Glasha Farmhouse. Olive is an incredible cook, and provided choices including homemade breads, fresh fruit, and delicious entrees. We enjoyed walking down to the local pub in the evenings, and seeing some of the countryside, with Olive as our guide to provide suggestions and routes. The farmhouse is charming and very comfortable. We felt like we had a "home away from home" while we traveled around the countryside for a few days. We would highly recommend Clasha Farmhouse as a base while seeing some of the most beautiful country in Ireland.

Such a beautiful location and Olive goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome. Shawn had a day's excursion on a guided fly fishing trip (excellent experience with a shop minutes away,) and Julie stayed back to do some necessary work. Mid-afternoon, Olive brought tea and a delicious slice of still-warm pie! The area is great for long walks/hikes as well as fishing, and is the perfect environment in which to relax. Breakfasts were both superb - had the best pancake I have ever eaten one of the mornings!

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at Glasha Farmhouse. The countryside is lovely! Our bed was extremely comfortable, which is our first priority when we are away. Breakfast was great, with lovely presentation, and the dining area is bright an pleasant. Olive made us feel right at home. We were unable to have breakfast on our last day as we had to leave for Dublin airport very early, so Olive instead served us pie and tea and we had a warm chat on our last evening. What a delightful experience.

This was a luxury experience at a B&B. Olive provides a very gracious home. The pictures don't even do it justice. The breakfast was gourmet. A wonderful assortment of fresh fruits to start the morning, and then followed by a delicious assortment of entree choices--including smoke salmon and eggs. Our room decor was lovely and the bed linens were heavenly. The room was very well equipped and I loved being able to brew a cup of tea in the room. Olive was very helpful with suggestions of sights to see. We couldn't begin to take them all in with just a two night stay. The rolling countryside, dotted by the beautiful holstein cows, made this a very special location.
