Glasha house is situated in the Ballymacarby region and is just lovely. The scenery, the house and the host are all just as welcoming as being home. Our host went out of her way to ensure we felt comfortable and welcome in spite of all that was going on. When in the area this is a wonderful choice for one or many nights. I wish we had had the time to stay longer.

Glasha is a beautiful home with gorgeous furnishings. Our room was very spacious, and the bathroom was unbelievably large with all the amenities that anyone might need, and it even had a jacuzzi tub. Olive was a very gracious hostess, and she was able to accommodate us for our late arrival, as well as providing us with wonderful breakfasts for the two days in which we stayed there.

Wonderful! Would love to go back and spend a week with Olive! She directed us to a takeaway for supper, which we then took to Lonergan's and had a pint with our meal. The walk before breakfast gave us a true appreciation for the area, and breakfast itself was superb both in taste and presentation. I have rarely eaten a dish as heavenly as the salmon on Waterford blaa with poached egg, greens, and hollandaise - and recommend it to all.
