Wonderful location to enjoy the Irish countryside and venture out for a day trip! Beautiful scenery, with Olive a welcoming and exceptionally helpful hostess! The breakfast was delicious and only enhanced by the setting! Glasha may be a bit out of the way but well worth the effort getting to for such a peaceful place. Perfect example of why renting a car and driving in Ireland reaps rewards that a bus tour with lots of other people will not afford you!

Our stay here was the best of our entire Ireland trip! The property is beautiful, and our room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed exploring the countryside and even walked down to the little J. Lonergan’s pub right down the road. Breakfast was phenomenal — delicious smoked salmon and buttery eggs, a whole spread of fruit and cheeses, and French press coffee. Skip the hotels and stay here with Olive, we won’t regret it!

We stayed at the Glasha B&B for only 1 night and found the setting absolutely beautiful and peaceful....we wished we could have stayed longer. We did have a bit of difficulty finding this farmhouse but eventually did with the help of some very friendly locals. Olive was welcoming, pleasant, and helpful. The common guest areas are very spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated....which are important to note given the Wifi only worked in here for us. Our room and ensuite were bright, very spacious, clean and updated.....but the sink in the ensuite was extremely small and oddly disproportionate to everything else in the bathroom and in the bedroom. The bed and linens, and bathroom linens were all topnotch and very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty, varied and served in a lovely, bright sunroom....and for the hot portion of breakfast you are given a menu selection. Overall this farmhouse definitely rates as one of the best we stayed in during our month-long holiday in Ireland.

We had a wonderful stay at Glasha Farmhouse. It is just so peaceful! When we arrived, Olive gave us a choice of rooms. She then advised us about sights and restaurants in the local area. We had a lovely evening exploring and a great sleep in really comfortable beds. Next morning, we went down for breakfast - well, it was like a hotel breakfast, only better! Everything was so fresh and we were encouraged to try everything, including Olive's apple porridge, and bread and butter pudding. We came away relaxed, stuffed and happy. We'll be back!

Me and my wife Billie and our 2 friends Bonnie Cherry and Catherine Gregg spent 1 night at this beautiful farm B&B set amidst numerous cattle enclosures, we were even greeted by a stray calf that Olive's son helped back to his corral! Our breakfast was the best we had on our trip, even the presentation looked like something from a magazine, very impressive. We arrived a little late and Olive went out of her way to make a dinner reservation at a restaurant in town that we all loved. We highly recommmend this B&B.
