Mary was a lovely host and most accommodating. This area was great for walking. The old rail trail goes for miles. Mary set up a wonderful breakfast both mornings we were there. Thank you Mary.

A lovely rural location which was still close enough to the motorway far a 1 1/2 hour drive to the Dublin airport. We appreciated the warm welcome by the host and his advice for eating in a real castle. Unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast time but we found hot water for coffee, cereal and fruit.

Mary and Clare Maxwell run a superb B&B, they made our first experience with B&B’s one to remember. Great room and fantastic breakfast, warm welcome upon arrival with a cup of tea and home baking.

Mary Maxwell is a lovely hostess. After warmly greeting us, she immediately offered us afternoon tea and cookies in her garden. Later Mary directed us to Tyrrellsppass Castle for dinner which proved to be a wonderful tip for great food as well as a "castle" experience! Breakfast was incredible. It was a delight to spend the night in such lovely country farmhouse. We loved every minute of it, and you will too!
