Teresa's was our first of 8 B&Bs we visited during this trip. Not the most spacious though it was fine and not cramped. In a quiet suburb, too far to walk downtown but easily reached by bus in 15 minutes. She gave us a leap card to take the bus to Dublin. Quickly walked to the local pub for a bite to eat or a pint in the evening. She was the most welcoming host we met. She was also absolutely the best cook Breakfast is delicious with nice choices. She is always taking care to her guests, and make all her best so that you have the feeling to be in a family home. The house is lovely, rooms are clean and very comfortable. It was like visiting our aunt. A warm welcome and sincere relationship, This place was a great choice.

My dad and I spent 2 great days with Teresa! The house was clean and quiet, her hospitality was top notch! Breakfast was amazing, had the full Irish one morning and smoked salmon and eggs the next (delish). Teresa gave us info on busses into town and even gave us change for bus fare. When I make it back to Dublin, I hope yo stay with her again!

Teresa Bay is a very nice and helful person. The room is small and somewhat noisy. We enjoyed the garden and a very good brekfast. It seems me that compared with other places in Dublin, the price is reasonable.

Teresa's was our first of 6 B&Bs we visited during this trip. Not the most spacious (though it was fine and not cramped), or the most convenient (relatively quiet suburb, too far to walk downtown but easily reached by bus in 15 minutes or so). She was the most welcoming host we met, and for the Friendly Isle that's saying something. She was also absolutely the best cook we stayed with, from the home-made apple pie she offered with tea on our arrival to a nicely varied breakfast menu. I've read a few comments about complications with her managing some details, but in our experience she was absolutely on top of everything. We'd certainly return if we could arrange it.
