Westgate House is a family run, 18th Century townhouse Bed and Breakfast. We have undergone a complete refurbishment. All our rooms are ensuite and daily housekeeping is included in the room rate. Free WiFi is available to our guests.

Located at the gates of the famous 18th Century mansion Strokestown Park House, Irish National Famine Museum in the picturesque town of Strokestown conveniently located on the N5 National primary route Dublin to Westport. Just 90 minutes from Dublin and 50 minutes from Knock Airport. It is situated within walking distance of pubs with live / traditional music, restaurants and nice shops.

Take advantage of the many activities and local attractions on offer in Strokestown and the surrounding areas including golfing, walking routes, stunning scenery, lakes, fishing and cycling. We will be delighted to point you in the right direction to whatever takes your fancy.
