What are the hidden gems close to your home?
-
Lough Corrib
-
Local walking trails (Western Way Walk)
-
Twelve Mountains
What is your signature dish/food?
It has got to be either my delicious scones or my scrambled eggs!
Is there anything about your home that is quirky?
Well our home is away from all the hustle and bustle overlaking Lough Corrib - perfect for those looking for some peace and tranquility.
Have you ever had any famous guests?
We had lots... but I probably shouldn't say!
What is your favourite thing about the area you live in?
Our B&B is located in a beautiful scenic area at the beginning of the wonderful walking trail - The Western Way. Personally I love the scenery of the area.
When you are not looking after your guests what is your favourite thing to do?
When I am not looking after my guests, I love walking, I like meeting up with friends and I am a big fan of horseriding. I try and go out horseriding as much as I can.
What are your top three attractions in your area?
-
The Western Way
-
Lough Corrib
-
Oughterard Golf Club
