We've had Guinness, we've had Baileys. So it would be rude not to celebrate Christmas with a glass of mulled wine. Mary Lipsett from the Mountain Inn B&B in Sligo was kind enough to send in this festive mulled wine recipe.

Day 9 of our 12 Days of Christmas Recipes is upon us and we felt that this recipe just had to be shared with all of you. Clare, one of the B&B Ireland team members was kind enough to introduce her baking talents to us with her very own homemade Festive Mince Pies. They went down an absolute treat in the office and left us only wanting more! So here it is folks and we hope you enjoy.

It's Day 8 of our '12 Days of Christmas Recipes' series; this one comes from one of our team here in B&B Ireland, who says, "This is a delicious chocolate treat for all the family. For the last number of Christmases I have been making my chocolate biscuit bites. They are easy to prepare and a major crowd pleaser."

Only ten days left until Christmas Day and we're already half way through our 12 Days of Christmas Recipes. Today we indulge in a scrumptious Christmas Vegetarian Twist courtesy of Rita Meade of Berry Lodge in Miltown Malbay, County Clare. Rita has been in the B&B business for over 20 years and has set up a restaurant and cookery school on site. This is going to be DELICIOUS!

My daughter Cora loves to bake and we always prepare a 'Chocolate Christmas Log' together at Christmastime. It has become a bit of a tradition...

We're into the third day of our 12 Days Christmas Recipes and the recipes are just getting tastier by the day! Yesterday we had a wonderful Guinness Cake from Eileen in Limerick so we thought we would need something a little stronger to compliment that delicious stout cake. So we're keeping West and venturing to the rural setting of Connemara in Galway to try Jim and Regina Hopkins' Homemade Baileys Recipe.
